This guide is designed to help you quickly understand and navigate the key features of QCD. **What is the QCD module**? In a Lean Manufacturing environment, performance management and continuous improvement are essential. These ensure competitiveness and efficiency. The QCD module in iObeya is a digital tool for performance tracking. It supports SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) or +QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Involvement) methods. See [Managing Add-Ons](https://center.iobeya.com/wp-content/uploads/doc/master-administration-guide/html/en/administration-guide/configuring-platform.html#managing-add-ons) to find out more. These features help teams visualize short and long-term performance. They also enhance their ability to drive continuous improvement effectively.
