My Cards View

The My cards view displays a mosaic of all the cards that you are assigned to.

You can access the My cards view from the Home page directly after you log in or by clicking the button to return to the home page:

1. Click My cards on the top-left of the screen.

   

2. The My cards view is displayed, showing a mosaic of all the cards that you are assigned to.

   

   You can easily navigate between them, as the view groups maps from rooms to which you have access:

   1. Filter your cards,

   2. View or edit your card,

   3. Access a board on which your card is located,

   4. Send the address of your card to other users.

      Note:

      This view does not display archived cards.

Filtering your cards

Filter your cards using the different filter parameters at the top of the screen (card type, due date, priority or text content).

Viewing or Editing your card

Click a card to view or edit it, according to the editing rights you are granted.

Accessing a board on which your card is located

You can access a board on which a card is located.

Click the name of the room / board to locate it directly within its context.

Sending the address of your card to other users

To send the address of a card to other users:

1. Click your card to open it, then copy its hyperlink from the navigation bar.

2. Share this hyperlink with iObeya users who have access to the room, or to the card.

   The same editing rights apply as to those of the board.
