What is the QCD module? In a Lean Manufacturing environment, performance management and continuous improvement are essential. These ensure competitiveness and efficiency. The QCD module in iObeya is a digital tool for performance tracking. It supports SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) or +QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Involvement) methods.

This module:

• offers an intuitive interface for data entry.

• facilitates decision-making through corrective action escalation.

• displays and shares results based on predefined indicators.

• helps digitize existing physical boards while integrating data with your information systems via an API.

Warning:

QCD module needs to be enabled beforehand by the Platform administrator via the administration interface. See Managing Add-Ons to find out more.
