Article summary

On the Letter

A summary report of the last consolidation status is displayed in a dedicated window at the letter level.

The consolidation formulas are displayed as follows:

  • In black if the consolidation was successful for all the boxes in the letter where it was applied.

  • In red if an error occurred.

From the letter, click the consolidation icon:

  1. Trigger date, Username who triggered the action

  2. Number of boxes with a successful consolidation

  3. Number of boxes with a consolidation error

  4. Number of boxes to be still calculated

On Indicators

Click on a box in the letter and then the consolidation icon.

Note:

In case of an error in a consolidation, this icon is displayed in red.

The following screen is displayed, allowing to view all the details of your indicator formula:

  • The details of the consolidation are displayed with the following signs:

    • “#” if the box of the source indicator wasn’t found or “~”in case of consolidation by average.

    • “@” if the box of the source indicator was disabled.

Tip:

Click on the indicator’s box to be directed to the source letter.

Results Modification

If the value of a consolidation is changed manually, the consolidation status are updated accordingly: the icon and the detail will be blue.

From that moment on, this specific value are not affected by future consolidations.

In order to recalculate the initial consolidated value, the manually changed value is to be deleted and a new consolidation launched.
