In this section, you find the steps required to backup and restore iObeya.

If you want to backup and restore iObeya, you need to establish a backup strategy for the following elements:

• the assets,

• the configuration files,

• the database.

Note:

• If you want to create a pre-production environment replicating your production data, you should first install the version you run in your production on a new server following the standard Installation Guide.

• When your new instance is up and running, you can then execute the following procedure to create a backup of your production data and restore it on your new instance.

• Beware, you need to contact our Support team to obtain a pre-production license by providing the server ID of your new instance.
