Would you like to discover what to expect on the home page when you log in to iObeya? This article helps you to look around and see how you can navigate through the platform.

Access iObeya using the URL sent to you by your iObeya Platform administrator.

When you log in, you are taken straight to the Home page:

1. Side bar actions

2. Side bar room list

3. Home content

4. Top bar actions

Side bar actions

From the side bar, you can:

• access My Cards view.

• create a trial room.

Recommendation:

If you are used to working with a whiteboarding session, it is recommended to create a trial room and start your room with “a whiteboard”.

Side bar room list

From the side bar room list, access the list of rooms to which you have access, as well as the boards contained in each room:

• My trial rooms: lists all trial rooms not archived you have access to as a team member.

• My rooms: lists all rooms except trial rooms you have access to as a team member.

• Available public room: lists all the public rooms that you are not member but that are in a domain that you can access.

• Archived trial rooms: list the last 20 trial rooms archived based on the closing date, and that you have access to.

  Note:

  When you click on an archived test room, a pop-up is displayed with the contact email defined at domain level to ask to reopen the room (and convert it into a permanent standard room if required).

Note:

You can search for a room by entering its name in the search bar.

Home content

The home page provides resources and a mosaic view of the last visited boards.

Top bar actions

From the top bar actions, you can:

1. check your notifications when you receive a new one.

2. access online documentation, learning paths, videos, webinars, useful links and much more to get help.

3. access to all iObeya news.

4. access iObeya Services hub.

5. change your iObeya preferences.
